Q: Will you travel to our location? A: Yes, we do travel to your location. Our goal is to complete the repairs conveniently and accurately.
Q: How soon can I get an appointment? A: We offer same day, next day, and by scheduled appointment.
Q: What's the average length of an appointment? A: On average, a remote session will take 15 - 30 minutes to complete, and an onsite appointment from 1 to 2 hours. If a problem requires ordering of custom parts, we will attempt to have the part shipped overnight and return to complete the installation. All jobs may vary, depending on the severity of the issue and condition of the equipment.
Q: Can you install computer software, hardware, and parts that I purchase elsewhere?
A: Yes. But, we will not warranty the part itself, if it's damaged or faulty, just the labor to install it.
Q: Do you sell computers, parts, and computer accessories?
A: Yes, desktop computers, network servers, laptops, notebooks, monitors, printers, and more.
Q: Do you work on laptops and notebook computers?
A: Yes, we do an excellent job working on laptops and notebook computers. Give us a call or try us out!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash payments and money orders.
Q: What are your hours of operation? Do you work weekends? A: Our normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Weekends are available exclusively for our Service Plan customers.
Q: What areas do you service? A: We are located in Baltimore County, Maryland. We will travel to within a 1 hour drive from our repair center. Our goal is to provide excellent service. Having to wait beyond 1 hour is not considered responding expeditiously.
